ORDER
The respondent/contemnor, namely, Mr.G.Venkatesan, Tahsildar, Thiruvallur, is present in the Court. It is submitted that the orders have been
passed in compliance of the direction of this Court on 28.12.2015 and the sketch has also been appended to the said order.
2. The contemnor, who is present in the Court, submits that unless and until the petitioner acquires rights in patta land, that is in Survey No.276, the pathway cannot be formed since already assignments have been given in respect of the land in Suvery No.288/3 about 10 years back and the assignees have constructed the house.
3. In any event, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 28.12.2015 and giving such liberty to the petitioner, the contempt petition is closed. Learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the order dated 28.12.2015 along with the sketch to the learned counsel for the petitioner by today itself, and also to communicate the same to the petitioner by registered post. 30.08.2016 rkm
