ORDER

This Court by order dated 18.12.2013 allowed the writ petition filed by the petitioner and directed the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to any one of the posts in Group-IV on merits of the petitioner.

2.Since the said order passed by this Court has not been complied with within the stipulated time, the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that against the order dated 18.12.2013, now a Writ Appeal has been preferred by the Government and the same is pending.
