This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the case in Spl.S.C.No.17 of 2016 from the file of the Mahila Court, Perambalur to the file of any other District Court or some other Mahila Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner while coming to the Court, there is a threaten made by the victim girl's father, his family members and other rowdy elements. Whereas, it is from the petition, no where stated that the petitioner was threatened by father of the victim girl. He would further submit that there is no proof to show the complaint was lodged by the petitioner for threatening the father of the victim girl.

4. Therefore, there is absolutely no ground made by the petitioner to consider this petition for transfer. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
