Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned message dated 'Nil' sent by the respondent to the petitioner through cell phone and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to issue the Community Certificate to the petitioner's son, namely, R.Rio Prince aged about 4 years, to the effect that he belongs to Hindu Adi Dravidar Community (Scheduled Caste).
