ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in CC.No.4 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram, for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 294 (b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.20 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st respondent and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that four witnesses have been examined by the trial Court and for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
examination of the Investigating Officer, the case is posted to 21.07.2015.
Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
