Since there is no representation on the side of the petitioner, it can be inferred that the information sought for by the petitioner before the Information Commission has already been furnished to the petitioner and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
