O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2013 in respect of the balance credit amount in the petitioner's account. 2.Mr.S.Gunaseelan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given his representation as early as on 29.01.2013, the respondent has not passed any order so far.

3.Mr.M.Jothi Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2013 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
