Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to disburse pensionary benefits such as SPF, DCRG, commutation and to sanction the pension within reasonable time.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to disburse the terminal benefits and to sanction pension to the petitioner. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she entered into service in the post of Work Assistant in the year 1988. When she was working as a Divisional Accountant, she gave an application seeking for voluntary retirement and the petitioner was allowed to go on voluntary retirement. According to the petitioner, the pension proposal papers have already been forwarded to the 1st respondent and by an order dated 31.10.2018, the petitioner was disbursed with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Provident Fund and the Earned Leave Encashment. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has not been settled with the entire retiral benefits and the pension proposal is also kept pending. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representation on 08.01.2020 in this regard. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.01.

2020 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner's remaining retiral benefits and the pension proposal shall be immediately processed without any further delay. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondents along with a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
