2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the suit itself disposed of and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
