Seeking leave to sue the respondent/defendant, the applicant/plaintiff, has come up with this application. 2.The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money. The suit has been laid on the ground that despite delivery having been made by the applicant at Chennai and invoices have also been raised at Chennai, the respondent has not repaid the amount due. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that substantial part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 08.08.2016 mmi
