(CRIME NO. 572 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners 4,5,6, shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the petitioners 1,2 and 3 shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30am until further orders in Crl.OP.22897/2021 dated 01.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ASWIN BALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.22897 of 2021 dated 01.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation. However, the prosecution not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
