This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 244 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1351 of 2024 in M.C.No.46 of 2023 dated 09.12.2024 on the file of the Family Court, Erode.

2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 244 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned. 26.03.2026 ata Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
