ORDER
(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. We have heard Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondents 1 and 2.
3. A status report has been filed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri. It states that the third respondent and his family members have been non-cooperative towards the enquiry and have been seeking time. The enquiry is expected to be completed within 45 days. The said enquiry is upon the representation of the writ petitioner and steps are being taken to remove the illegal encumbrances. At the end of the enquiry, if it is found that the acts of the third respondent are illegal, the provisions of law would be resorted to - civil as well as criminal.
In view of the said statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
