Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court Crl.OP.No.33996 of 2019 dated 27.01.2020 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33996 of 2019 dated 27.01.2020, directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions submits that the petitioners have not complied with the said condition.

4.In view of the fact that the petitioners have not complied with the condition imposed by this Court, this petition for relaxation is dismissed.
