This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 24.01.2025, wherein, the petitioner has expressed the grievance that the Sale Deed that was presented for registration before the 3rd respondent was refused to be registered without assigning any reasons.

2.Heard Ms.R.Ramya, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.Karthick Jagannath, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent did not refuse to register the document and he only 2/4

wanted some time in order to ascertain the actual position regarding the land acquisition proceedings that were initiated earlier. The learned Government Advocate therefore submitted that the petitioner can be directed to re-present the document. 4.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to re-present the document and the same shall be registered, if it is otherwise in order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
