Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, the petitioner's application for issuance of Patta has been rejected on 04.04.2022.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Granting liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law and the 1st respondent is directed to communicate the impugned order to the petitioner to enable her to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
