(CRIME NO.843/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent every day at 10.30 a.m.Until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.NO.2312 of 2022 dated on 01.02.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.THINESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.2312 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer on everyday at 10.30a.m., instead of Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
