S.VAIDYANATHAN, J., A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This writ petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents to transfer the petitioner's son, namely, R.Ramesh from Central Prison - I, Puzhal to Salem Central Prison by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2021, has been considered by the second respondent by his order dated 21.04.2022 and hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
