(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard on the application for condonation of delay of 92 days in re-presenting the writ appeal. The reasons for the delay have been specified in the affidavit filed in support of the application and finding it to be satisfactory, and as no serious objection for condonation of delay has been made, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed with the aforesaid observations.

2. It appears that the applicant has also filed an application for condonation of the delay of 46 days in filing the appeal and the same is pending un-numbered.
