These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 131, 98 and 132 days in filing the above writ appeals.

Heard Mr.S.Yashwant, learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner;

Mr.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the first respondent; and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 2 and 3.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay in filing the appeals is condoned.

The civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered accordingly.
