1. No bids were received.

1.1. The said aspect was recorded in the previous date i.e., 22.09.2016.

1.2. Furthermore, the Official Liquidator (OL) was given permission to recover the expenses incurred towards advertisement/publication from the amounts lying in the accounts of the company in liquidation. The OL was also directed to take steps for publication of the fresh auction notice.

2. It appears that the needful has not been done, as yet. The OL will take steps, forthwith, in this behalf.

3. Insofar as the captioned application is concerned, nothing further survives.
