ORDER

The petitioner-wife has filed this revision to direct the learned SubJudge, Madurantakam to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.25 of 2009 within time frame to be fixed by this Court. The said H.M.O.P. is filed by the wife under Section 12(1)(a) and 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of the marriage between her and the respondent-husband. The grievance of the revision petitioner-wife is that the said H.M.O.P. is pending for more

than seven years. The parties have been filing application(s) pending H.M.O.P. and taking them to this Court in C.R.P. However, considering the plight of the parties and as the O.P. is pending from 2009, the learned Sub-Judge, Madurantakam is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.25 of 2009 before 31.07.2017. The parties are directed to co-operate for the disposal of the said H.M.O.P. within the said time limit. With these directions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 27.01.2017 cs Copy to The Sub-Judge, Madurantakam.
