There are five defendants of who the contesting defendant is the fifth defendant and he is represented by Mr.G.Veerapathiran, learned counsel.

Both the learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the contesting defendant make a joint statement that a memo of compromise has been filed before the Registry Vide D.No.11034/2021 on 08.04.2021.
