Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to allow the writ petitioner to discharge his duties as Accountant Assistant in the office of the 2nd respondent without any hindrance, pay him back wages from 9.5.2013, the date from which he was illegally prevented from attending duties.
