2. This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicant/plaintiff to sue the respondent/defendant before this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. The petition mentioned suit has been filed for the relief to cancel the Sale Deed dated 08.10.2015, registered as Document No.6609 of 2015 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Velachery, executed by the applicant/plaintiff in favour of the respondent / defendant. Though the respondent / defendant is residing in Kuala Lumpur, the suit scheduled property and the Office, which registered the Sale Deed, are available within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, in view of the above, a substantial part of the cause of action has been arised within the jurisdiction of this Court.
4. In the said circumstances, the leave prayed for by the applicant is granted. This application is allowed accordingly.
5. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
