Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Revision Case No.358 OF 2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspending the sentence imposed in CC.No.284/2012 dated 27.10.2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate II, Thiruvallur confirmed in C.A.No.167/2017 dated 17/12/2019 on the file of Principal Sessions Court, Thiruvallur pending disposal of the Crl.R.C.No.358 OF 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case No.358 OF 2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the sole respondent, on instructions, submitted that Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) is pending against the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is hereby directed to surrender before the trial court forthwith and upon such surrender, appropriate orders be passed in the Miscellaneous Petition seeking recall of warrant, on the same day.
