[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above writ petitions with liberty to file fresh writ petitions on the same cause of action containing all factual particulars with supporting documents in the form of typed set of documents and also made a common endorsement in WP.No.8632/2018 to that effect.

In the light of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for by the petitioners, is granted. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
