Advocate ( Crl. Side) [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners in both Crl.OPs, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 294(b), 341, 324, 506(ii) and 307 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.45 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. On perusal of the FIR indicates that, due to previous enmity, these petitioners along with two others have intercepted the defacto complainant and attacked him with knife and stone over his head and all over his body.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the victim got injury on his head and admitted in the hospital and he was treated as in-patient in the hospital for the said injury with 13 stitches over the head and after being in-patient for couple of days, the defacto complainant has discharged from the hospital. He further submits that all the four petitioners are absconding.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that, if the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail, there is every possibility of danger to the life of the defacto complainant against whom, the attempt was made by the petitioners.
