Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 09.06.2017 passed by the Third Respondent made in No.101049/DSE/DD/(EE)/ FC/2017 and to quash the same and consequently, direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to reconsider the matter in the light of the objections submitted by the Petitioner on 10.01.2018.
