O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the petition in O.P.No.4109 of 2021 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent. While the revision petitioner contends that there is no marriage, the respondent says that there was a marriage, but he has laid O.P.No.4109 of 2021 for declaration that the marriage is null and void. In other words, there is absolute compatibility between the parties that they are not interested in sustaining their relationship by whatever name it may be called.

3.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that since the filing of the revision petition, the respondent has filed the counter and parties too have realised that there is not even a semblance of feasibility of sustaining their relationship. Therefore, he now seeks a modification of the direction that the learned family Judge, be directed to dispose of O.P.No.4109 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

4.In view of the above, the VI Additional Family Judge, Chennai is now required to dispose of O.P.No.4109 of 2021 on or before 30.06.2022.

5.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No Costs. 18.04.2022 Index : Yes/No Tsg/dk To VI Additional Family Court, Chennai.
