This application has been filed to permit the witness to give evidence via virtual mode/video conferencing and fix a date for adducing evidence.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that one of the attesting witness C.Balagopal is 90 years old and unable to travel to any place and another attesting C.V.Chandramouli has been settled in abroad. Hence, submitted that as one of the attesting witness C.Balagopal, is willing to let in evidence through virtual mode/ video conferencing, seeks to examine the above witness through video conferencing.

3. Considering the fact that one of the attesting witness is residing away from the jurisdiction of this Court and as the other attesting witness, who is aged 90 years old, is willing to adduce evidence through video conferencing, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner to examine the attesting witness to prove the execution of the Will, this application is Ordered.

4. Post before Additional Master III on 14.03.2024 for recording evidence.
