ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1 to 3 respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 16.10.2020, 02.11.2020, 21.11.2020 and 22.02.2021 and also to direct the respondents to allot the house site in the same locality or to pay the compensation to the petitioner.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was in possession and enjoyment of the said property and constructed the house for the past 25 years along with his family members. The second respondent has issued assignment in the year 1996 in favour of the petitioner. On 28.05.2020, in the said house was damaged due to fell down the tree in the house. Thereafter, the petitioner made several representations to the respondents to allot the house site in the same locality or to pay the compensation to the petitioner, but the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition has filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the 3 rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's last representation dated 22.02.2021 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered.
