Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.PARTHIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.574 of 2022 by an order dated 25.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting twice in a month instead of every Monday and Friday. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that the petitioners should report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. till filing of the final report.
