The petitioner, based on a notice issued by his advocate, is seeking for survey of his land, without there being any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proper application filed by himself with material details of land sought to be surveyed.

2. Needless to say that only when a proper application is filed by paying necessary fee, the concerned authority can be directed to consider the said application. In this case, the petitioner has not filed any such application. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to make such application before the concerned authority and thereafter, to come before this Court, if such application is not disposed of within a reasonable time. Hence, I do not find any merits to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by granting liberty to the petitioner to make an application before the concerned authority for survey of the land. No costs.
