Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the order dated 18.02.2020 made in I.A.No.146 of 2020 in O.S.No.60 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruppur.

By consent of both parties, the matter is taken up today, for final disposal.

Both the parties have made their submissions on merits and during the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the order passed by the trial Court may be set aside and the matter may be remanded back for fresh consideration, to which proposal, the counsel appearing for other parties are also agreeable. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for all the parties, without expressing any views on the merits of the present revision petition, the order passed in I.A.No.146 of 2020 in O.S.No.60 of 2020 dated 18.02.2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruppur is set aside and a direction is given to the trial Court to consider the same on merits after giving an opportunity to all the parties concerned and pass orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
