Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further order in Crl.O.P.No.3111 of 2020 on 27.02.2020.

ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3111 of 2020 dated 27.02.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3111 of 2020 on 27.02.2020 is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice a week i.e on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
