Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to entirely relaxed the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed upon the petitioner by an order dated 15.12.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.17689/2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAJAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17689 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 of IPC in Crime No.

2 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
