This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 as as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in the above appeal.

2.The learned Counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection in allowing this application. In respect of other respondents despite name printed no one has represented.

3.Hence, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and having satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit, this petition is allowed.
