Seeking leave to sue the respondents/defendants, the applicant/plaintiff, has come up with this application. 2.The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for damages. The case of the applicant is that clandestinely, the respondents have taken away the jewels and damaged the reputation of the applicant by making derogatory statements.

3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Since the respondents are residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, the present application has been filed. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 08.08.2016 mmi
