When the matter came up for hearing, it was pointed out that O.S.No.72 of 2012 itself has been decreed on 29.08.2016 and therefore, the question of going into the merits and otherwise on this Civil Revision Petition does not arise. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
