O R D E R

The petition has been filed directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2019 and also seeking police protection.

2.The petitioner is aged about 89 years and he now apprehends life threat at the hands of his son and daughter-inlaw. In this regard, he also lodged complaints repeatedly before the concerned Police Officer and as of now, the complaints are pending.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents refuted the contentions.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent. On receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry with the counter part and take appropriate action on merits in accordance with law. 5.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
