Today, the matter is listed under the caption "For Clarification", this Court had passed order in this case on 04.03.2025, later it was noticed by this Court that the case paper attached pertains to some other case (i.e.,) in Crl.O.P.No.5965 of 2025, however, the docket sheet states as Crl.O.P.No.6020 of 2025, hence this Court recalls the order passed in this case on 04.03.2025.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
