Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel on record for the appellant and Mr.G.Ethirajulu, learned counsel on record for the respondent are before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the disputes between the parties have been settled before the District Mediation Centre, Tiruppur. The appellant and the respondent have signed in the Settlement Agreement.

3. The Mediation Report along with Settlement Agreement dated May 5, 2025 has been received from the District Mediation Centre,

4. The appellant and the respondent are present before this Court. This Court explained the terms of settlement. Both parties admitted the terms of settlement.

5. The terms of settlement agreement are recorded. In view of the above Mediation Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties, the appeal suit is disposed of. The Mediation Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. No costs.

6. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the appellant in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS REP. BY ITS REGISTRAR GENERAL VS.
