PRAYER:

This petition is filed under section 11 of the contempt of courts act, 1971 praying to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the direction of this Court dated 11.08.2015 passed by this Court in M.P.

ORDER

It appears from the instructions given to the Learned Additional Government Pleader that the order passed by this Court could not be complied with promptly, as it was received on a later date. However, the learned Government Pleader submits that for the ensuing year appropriate action would be taken.

2. Considering the said submission, this Court does not find any willful disobedience of the order dated 11.08.2015 passed in M.P. Nos. 1 and 2 of 2015 in W.P. No. 24720 of 2015. In such view of the matter, the present contempt petition is closed.
