Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conclude the conciliation and issue conciliation failure report on the Industrial Dispute raised by the petitioner Union dated 04.09.2025 to enable the petitioner Union to approach the National Industrial Tribunal for adjudication of the demands raised by the Petitioner Union under its Charter of Demands dated 21.07.2025. ORDER
In view of the innocuous relief that is prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, without notice to the Management.
2. The prayer is only to direct the 3rd respondent to conclude the conciliation proceedings.
3. Mr.R.K.Gandhi, Learned Counsel, takes notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent is directed to conduct the conciliation by making further attempts between the Union and the Management and if the attempts does not fructify into any settlement, the failure report shall be furnished.

4. The aforesaid exercise shall be conducted as early as possible so that the final report, one way or the other, is made within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
