(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners are arrayed as A2 to A4. The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 286 I.P.C. r/w 4 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.45 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent would submit that the petitioners have already filed a petition seeking for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.4738 of 2021, and the same was granted by this Court by an order dated 10.03.2021.
