ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the interim order dated 12.09.2016 passed by this Court in WMP No. 27067 of 2016 in WP No.31193 of 2016.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents that subsequent to the passing of the interim orders, final orders were passed in the aforesaid writ petition on 23.03.2017, wherein, the writ petition was dismissed. Since the interim order has got merged with the final orders dated 23.03.2017 in WP No.31993 of 2016 passed in batch of writ petitions, the contempt petition is closed.
