2.We are not inclined to entertain the Public Interest Litigation, as the learned Government Pleader states that the matter has already been attended to and the temple is quite old and that being not the only structure in the area, as there are stated to be other temples, churches and mosques, all of which have to be dealt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with at par. If a new religious structure comes up on a public street, of course, the Government will not permit it, in view of the settled proposition.
