ORDER

Mr.C.Sakthimanikandan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners represents that the suit in O.S.No.67 of 2022 has already been decreed ex parte on 27.02.2023. Therefore, nothing survives to be revised in the present civil revision petition.

2. It is made clear that in case the civil revision petitioners succeed in setting aside the ex parte decree, liberty is granted to them to restore the present civil revision petition by filing an appropriate application.

3. The civil revision petition, accordingly, stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.4319 of 2023 is closed.
