(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J) Captioned 'Criminal Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'Crl. MP' for the sake of convenience and clarity] has been filed with 'Condonation of Delay' ['COD'] prayer. COD sought is qua 269 days in filing appeal against conviction and sentence made in SC.No.63 of 2019 on the file of learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Erode at Gobichettipalayam on 27.02.2020. To be noted, life imprisonment and fine have been imposed.
2. Be that as it may, as regards COD prayer, it is submitted that due to young age of the convict prisoner, he was unable to co-ordinate with an advocate and hire a counsel within the time frame.
